  1. Dear John,

Thank you for taking the time to be an encouragement. I have not known quite what to expect, but am strengthened knowing that there are many out there disturbed about what is going on in our churches.

    Great hymn!

  2. Hello Pastor,

My name is Steve Laskowski and my family and I are missionaries to the Jewish people in Southeast Michigan. We are members at Mammoth Baptist Church in Utica, Michigan, and actively involved in outreach and with the youth group; also, I am currently serving on the deacon board. We stand on the Word of God (KJV) and the love of Messiah Yeshua (Jesus). Our ministry’s heart is to proclaim the gospel to the Jewish people and actively supports Israel as their national homeland.

Besides working Jewish evangelism in Michigan, My family and I have done many evangelism trips to Brooklyn, New York, and I (Steve) has done mission work in Israel. Currently, we on are deputation to share our mission and to gather the full support needed to keep us moving forward for the Lord’s call and commission.

The majority of the Jewish population has not accepted, or even has heard, the gospel message of their long awaited Messiah, Jesus (Yeshua). My hope and prayer is like that of the apostle Paul’s: “Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.” (Romans 10:1). With your partnership and support, you can be a blessing to Israel and the Jewish people.

On a side note, Pastor Tilburt, our pastor, has given me a letter of recommendation to share our mission to local Bible believing churches like yours.
Feel free to contact me with your comments and/or questions, and to set up a meeting.

    Shalom and blessings,
    Steve Laskowski and family

  3. Hi I was wondering if you kept records of people that were apart of the ministry of your Church, as far back as 1972. That is when I accepted Jesus as My Lord and savor. The one whom lead me to the Lord was Diana Harbert. For a long time now, I just wanted to thank her and for the Bright Red Bible she gave me, that I still have to this day.
    Robert Escobedo

    • I am sorry, but we do not have any current records for her.

  4. please open the church building 24/7 for prayer, 11 Chronicle 7:14, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-28, Jeremiah 33:3, encourage everyone to pray anytime, let us read daily the HOLY BIBLE, JESUS CHRIST IS OUR SAVIOR AND LORD-NO other way to heaven, witness for the KINGDOM OF GOD, shine in the darkness, our LORD GOD ALMIGHTY bless USA, ISRAEL and other nations. CHRIST IS COMING BACK SOON, PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!!. Amen and Amen.

  5. I know a Mormon family last name Todd. I would like as many people as possible to pray that they would all come to know Christ personally.

  7. Hi Pastor ! I’m from Brazil, I’m a member of baptist community of Rio de Janeiro ( Igreja CbRio ). I have family in San Luis Obispo, and my daughter ( 14 yo ) will spend summer there . I would like her to meet people there , because she has plans on studying ther in the future. Does the church have summer events for her age ? Do you think you can receive her in your church in summer ?
    Thanks!
    Tathiana

    • Dear Tahiana,

We would love to minister to your daughter this coming summer. We have 16 year old and 12 year old daughters and a 14 year old son. We have youth nights on alternating Fridays and a youth summer camp out that we do along with the rest of our church activities.Keep us posted as the time gets closer. If she is thinking of Cal Poly, three of our sons are students there right now. The church is about a mile from campus.
